If the product was received incorrect, or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. The order is eligible for a refund or a replacement. Please email us with your order number at sales@doorstep.com.
If the product is not to your liking, or you’d like to exchange the item, Doorstep reserves the rights to deduct all shipping costs (Shipping to & from the customer).
Return & Exchange Policy
Items can be returned within a 30-day period from the date of delivery. All items being returned must be returned in their original packaging, and must not be opened.
